A Student Information System that’s always with you when you need it.
Mobile Principal’s EVA segment is an invaluable tool for Principals, Counselors, Assistant Principals, Hall Monitors and Security Officers. On a handheld computer, EVA allows its users to have quick secure access to vital student information:• Class Schedules • Attendance Records

• Discipline History • Parental Contacts

All of this information and more is securely accessible from anywhere using the EVA software on your handheld computer. When we install EVA in your school, we will custom fit it to draw data directly from your school’s current Student Information System. It is continually updated with changes throughout the day.
Importantly however, the data remains available to you whether or not your building has lost power or network connection, or you’re off-site at a school event or evacuation. So when the lights go out and the network is down, you’ll never be without your critical student information you need, or the ability to reach a parent when a student is in trouble.
EVA can also seemlessly integrate with TESA to give Principals the ability to record teacher evaluations and classroom walk throughs on the same device. This combination we call Mobile Principal.
